Sherborne Windows is open for business
We are delighted to have reopened our doors following the COVID-19 lockdown and we look forward to helping you with all your home improvements again.
The safety of our customers is our top priority. We are taking all necessary steps required to protect both you and your families and carry out all work as safely as possible.
Our Showsites in Farnborough, Windlesham & Hartley Wintney are open!
Whilst there is no need to make an appointment to visit our showrooms, if when you arrive, the door is locked or not automatically opening during our advertised opening hours, then this means we already have visitors in the showroom, please wait by the door for a member of the Sherborne team to come and speak to you. Alternatively, if you would like to make an appointment, call us on our office number 01252 370917 to book a confirmed day and time to visit or complete our Enquiry Form.
How can I stay safe when visiting the Showroom?
We have installed a hand sanitiser at the entrance to each of our Showroom sites in Farnborough, Windlesham and Hartley Wintney. We ask that if customers would like to wear a mask and gloves when visiting our Show Sites, that you bring these with you.
We have provided our Showroom demonstrators and designers with training on social distancing and the correct use of PPE. We sanitize all hard surfaces such as door handles and light switches in our Showrooms and offices regularly throughout every day. Areas of high contact are wiped with antiseptic wipes following each customer visit.
Virtual showroom visits for doors, windows and conservatories
If you would like to explore a range of high-quality windows and doors without leaving the comfort of your home, why not contact us to arrange a virtual showroom visit at a time convenient to you? Call us on 01252 370917 to book your virtual appointment.
Survey to measure your doors and windows
If after visiting our Showroom, you would like to go ahead and order new doors or windows for your home, our Surveyor would call at your home to take precise measurements.
Prior to any visit, we make contact with you to discuss our social distancing procedures. Whilst at your property, where possible, we would prefer all discussions to take place outside. All of our employees will have access to disposable masks and gloves to wear for the full duration of their visit to your home. Should it be necessary to enter your home, our Designers/Salespeople or Surveyors will ask if they can wash their hands or they will bring hand sanitiser with them which they will use as they enter and leave you property. Full training on following social distancing guidelines and the correct use of PPE has been delivered to each of our employees.
Home improvements during lockdown
When installing doors and windows in your home, our priority is to both keep you safe and to protect our workforce. Our installers and engineers will be issued with disposable face masks, disposable gloves, hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes. Further information can be found here. Some predict a second wave of the Coronavirus, we pledge to stay alert, and continue to adhere to safe operating procedures for as long as is necessary.
